Installation and Wiring Instructions for Temperature and Humidity Transmitters
Please note that the supply air temperature and humidity sensor must be installed by the user in the supply air duct. The user should drill a suitable hole and securely mount the sensor in that hole.
This product can be installed in two ways:
Flange Connection: Insert the sensor probe into the duct and secure the flange with four M4 screws. Open the housing and connect the wiring through the waterproof connector to the terminal. Ensure the connections are correct, then close the housing and tighten the connector.
-Non-Flange Connection: Insert the sensor probe into the duct. Open the housing and use screws to secure the transmitter through the four holes at the bottom of the housing. Connect the wiring through the waterproof connector to the terminal. Connect the signal wires as shown in the diagram below, ensuring the connections are correct, then close the housing and tighten the connector.
Note: The optimal length for stripping the wires is approximately 10 mm.
Cautions:
1. When installing, ensure that the sensor chip is positioned facing downward to facilitate the drainage of water droplets.
2. The direction of the wiring hole should be perpendicular to the airflow direction, and the straight distance of the airflow should be greater than 1 meter.
