Air-Cooled Heat Pump Chilled/Hot Water + Full Heat Recovery Unit Tri-Supply System
(Schematic Diagram)

System Features:
This solution employs a full heat recovery tri-functional air conditioning unit (waste heat recovery) in combination with an air-cooled heat pump chiller/heater. During summer, waste heat is utilized to produce hot water while intermittently supplying chilled water for air conditioning. By using a chilled-water storage well, any otherwise unused waste heat can be fully recovered to provide cooling, thereby reducing the summer load. In winter, the heat pump unit or the full heat recovery unit primarily provides heating hot water, also meeting part of the domestic hot water demand. In spring, autumn, and other mild outdoor conditions, fresh air can be used directly for ventilation and cooling; supplemented by recovered waste heat for cooling, this approach significantly decreases the air-conditioning load. At the same time, it meets hot water requirements and substantially lowers operating costs.
