Five. Exhaust system
1. The exhaust air and the supply air are interlocked, the exhaust air is turned on before the supply air, and then closed with the supply air;
2. Indoor exhaust vents must be provided, and biological safety cabinets must not be used for exhaust; room exhaust ducts can also be used as biosafety cabinet exhaust ducts, and the negative pressure and exhaust requirements of the safety cabinet must be guaranteed.
3. The exhaust air needs to be filtered by a high-efficiency filter before being discharged; the high-efficiency filter should be installed at the indoor exhaust outlet and close to the exhaust outlet, and a level 3 laboratory can be equipped with 2 high-efficiency filters.
4. The positive pressure section of the exhaust duct should not pass through the room. The 3-4 laboratory should be equipped with a spare exhaust fan unit and switch automatically;
5. Level 3-4 laboratories should have measures to adjust the exhaust air to maintain the stability of the indoor pressure and differential pressure gradient; the outdoor air exhaust position should be 2m higher than the roof.
six. Air organization
1. Airflow direction: clean area-semi-contaminated area-polluted area, positive pressure buffer room should be set in the clean area; the air flow organization should be sent up and down.
2. No air supply vent should be provided above the safety cabinet or the aerosol operating point.
3. The air outlet of the high-efficiency filter should be located in the area with the highest pollution risk, and arranged in one direction.
Seven. System component materials
1. High-efficiency filters must not use wooden frames.

3. The exhaust air-tight valve should be installed between the exhaust high-efficiency filter and the exhaust fan, and a protective net and rain cover should be installed at the outdoor exhaust outlet.
4. Different levels of filters should be installed with differential pressure gauges, and all levels of filters should be disposable.
Eight. Water supply and drainage, gas supply
1. The water supply pipeline should be equipped with a pipeline backflow preventer and placed in a clean area; the water point of the water supply pipeline in the semi-contaminated area-the polluted area should be equipped with a check valve.
2. The hand-washing device should be located at the exit of the semi-contaminated area-the polluted area, and the water supply of the hand-washing device with water shall be a non-manual switch;
nine. drain
1. The main laboratory of the 3-4 level laboratory should not have a floor drain; the drainage from the semi-contaminated area-the contaminated area should be collected through a special pipeline to an independent device for disinfection and sterilization (chemical disinfection or high temperature sterilization), disinfection and sterilization The device should be located at the lowest place; the drainage pipeline after disinfection should be provided with a port and sealing measures; the drainage pipeline should be set up explicitly, using stainless steel pipes, and sealed through the place.
2. The ventilation pipe of the drainage system should be equipped with a high-efficiency filter or a reliable disinfection device.
