a. Rotor type heat exchange fresh air handling unit is a centralized air handling system.When the fresh air entering the room and the polluted air discharged outside are reversely exchanged, it fully recycles the energy in the exhaust air to bring the air condition point of the fresh air close to the indoor air parameters, thereby reducing the energy consumption during fresh air processing.
b. The unit consists of a return air filter section, an exhaust fan section, a fresh air filter section, an energy recovery section, a cold / hot coil section, a humidification section, a supply fan section, a current sharing section, a silencer section, a sterilization section, a medium efficiency filter section,sub-efficient filtering section, and air outlet section. The energy recovery section adopts rotor type heat recovery.
c. The insulation board is a double-layer high-quality steel-filled polyurethane foamed heat-insulating composite board. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profiles. There are good sealing measures between the panel and the frame to reduce the air leakage rate of the unit to a low level.
d. The equipment has compact structure, easy for operation and maintenance, has extremely low energy consumption.
