Product Introduction
The fresh air enters the air-conditioning unit and is mixed with the return air from the room in the mixing section. The mixed air passes through the primary-effect filter section to remove dust and debris, and then passes through the intermediate-effect filter section for secondary filtration to remove smaller dust and debris. Then, the temperature is cooled or heated through the surface cold section or heating section to make the air reach the required temperature point, and then humidified through the humidification section to the required humidity requirement of the system to reach the specified air supply state point. The treated air is sent into the room.
After determining the cooling capacity, select the appropriate number of rows of tubes according to the sample. The number of rows is large, the cost is increased, and the wind pressure accompanying the demand is also large. It may cause the demand for the motor to increase. Let the design check determine. This needs to be filled in. Inlet air conditions, the temperature of the chilled water used.
Return air condition: directly select the number of table cooler tube rows on the sample.
Fresh air conditions: Select the number of table cooler tube rows directly on the sample.
Mixed air condition: The theoretical calculation is to determine the point of the inlet air condition after mixing according to the new return air volume, and then compare with the outlet air condition to obtain the specific cooling capacity (under the condition of the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water). The difference of the return air is estimated.
